Terms and Conditions

• The reservation becomes final if the tenant agrees to the terms and
       conditions and has paid the deposit within 14 days after receiving the rental
       conditions, the confirmation email and the invoice.
  

• Of the total invoice amount, 20% must be paid upon final reservation and the
       remaining amount in two equal installments, of which the last installment
       must be paid no later than six weeks before the start of the rental period.
  

• The landlord reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the payment
       obligations have not been met.
  

• Any inaccuracies in the reservation must be reported to the landlord
       immediately.
