Upon arrival, you are welcomed by a spacious carport, perfect for protecting your vehicle from the elements. The terrace is strategically positioned so that you can enjoy the sun's rays at any time of the day. Whether you are having breakfast with the rising sun or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening, the terrace offers a serene place to enjoy nature.

Inside the chalet, a cozy living room awaits you, with an open, modern luxury kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts that will make your stay pleasant: a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer and microwave. While you cook, you can enjoy your favorite Dutch TV channels on the LED HDTV. And if you want to play your own music, simply connect your smartphone to the soundbar via Bluetooth.

The evenings are extra special thanks to the wood stove in the living room. While the fire crackles, you can relax and enjoy the warmth and coziness. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and plenty of storage space. The two bathrooms are equipped with modern amenities, one with a relaxing bathtub and the other with an invigorating shower.

But the highlight? The spacious southwest-facing balcony of the bedroom, with a view of the ski slope and the majestic mountains. Here you can immerse yourself in the sun's rays while breathing in the fresh mountain air. And if you need even more space, just go to the attic floor, accessible via a fixed staircase, where two single beds await you.

We, Henk and Henriëtte, have a second house in Kötschach-Mauthen in the Gailtal valley, which is also suitable for rental. It is a place with everything you want in a holiday destination. We love visiting Austria for our summer and winter holidays, attracted by its clean air, beautiful lakes and impressive mountain scenery.
